Every cleaning service we offer in Nancy
From private homes to business premises, here is exactly what we know how to do — and when each service becomes the right answer.
Two families of need, one standard
On one side, housing: the home you live in, the one you let by the night, the one you have just renovated or are about to leave. On the other, business: a practice, a shop, an office, the shared areas of a building. The gestures are similar, but the hours, the constraints and the priorities are not.
In a private home the stakes are comfort and trust: you step into an intimate space, handle personal belongings, and often work with the occupants or their pets present. In business premises the stake is continuity: coming in before opening or after closing, moving nothing that should not be moved, and leaving a place ready to receive the public without anyone having seen a soul.
Some services naturally go together. Regular cleaning readily absorbs the ironing. A short-let turnover often calls for a pass over the windows. A post-works clean almost always leads to freshening the fabrics left on site. Tell us the whole picture and we will price the whole picture.

Before you choose
How do I know which service to ask for?
Do not overthink it: describe the place and what bothers you, and we will translate. "My flat needs doing from top to bottom" becomes a one-off deep clean; "I no longer have my Saturdays" becomes regular upkeep. The trade vocabulary is our problem, not yours.
Can several services be combined on the same day?
Yes, and it usually costs less than two separate visits, since travel and setting up the equipment are counted only once. The one thing to watch is duration: a full clean followed by upholstery treatment takes a whole half-day and needs booking ahead.
Do you work for businesses as well as households?
Both. Households make up most of the work carried out in homes; businesses tend to entrust us with small and medium premises, professional practices and shared building areas. The invoicing arrangements differ, the method does not.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the result?
Tell us within twenty-four hours, with a photograph if you are away. We come back over the point in question at no charge. That is simpler for everyone than an argument about an invoice, and it is what keeps our clients with us from one year to the next.
Found the service you need?
Send us the broad outline and a figure comes back, with no sales follow-up behind it.
