Office and business premises cleaning in Nancy
Clean premises go unnoticed; neglected ones do not. Our job is to stay invisible while being perfectly obvious.
Visits scheduled around your business
We work in organisations of a human size: professional practices, healthcare rooms, notaries, agencies, salons, small shops and office floors of up to around a hundred square metres. The visit is set before opening, over the lunch break or after closing — never in front of customers, and never in the middle of a meeting.
What a typical visit covers: emptying and disinfecting bins, dusting workstations without moving documents, cleaning screens and peripherals on request, disinfecting contact points such as handles, switches, handrails and lift buttons, servicing the washrooms with restocking, washing floors and putting reception and the waiting area back in order.
Practices open to the public need extra attention on the surfaces everyone touches: waiting-room armrests, side tables, toys, dispensers. We adapt products and frequency accordingly, and we use no air fragrance in healthcare settings.
On the practical side you have one contact and a fixed calendar. Closure periods — holidays, bank holidays, school breaks — are anticipated together, and a one-off visit remains possible ahead of an important appointment or after building work.

Four weeks until it runs by itself
- 01
Visiting the premises
On site, free of charge: surfaces, floor coverings, access constraints, workable hours and what matters most to you.
- 02
A costed proposal
A short, readable specification giving the length of each visit and its price, with no hidden clause.
- 03
A stronger first visit
The opening visit runs longer: it brings the premises up to standard so the following ones are genuine upkeep.
- 04
Cruising speed
Visits follow the agreed calendar. We review it after a month and adjust whatever needs adjusting.
Questions from business owners
Do I have to leave you the keys?
That is the most common arrangement for work outside opening hours, and it assumes a level of trust that has to be built. Nothing obliges you to do it from the first visit: many clients start with a member of staff present, then hand over access once the rhythm has settled.
Do you supply the washroom paper and soap?
We can restock from your own stores, or handle the purchase and pass it on at cost with no mark-up. The second option avoids running out on a Friday evening, but it does require somewhere to store supplies on site.
Can you come once only, with no long-term commitment?
Yes: putting premises right before an opening, a visit after building work, reinforcement ahead of an inspection. Regular visits work out cheaper per square metre, but nothing forces you to commit in order to try the service.
Are you insured to work on my premises?
The business is registered and its SIRET number appears on every invoice as well as at the foot of this site, so you can verify it yourself. The professional liability insurance certificate is provided on request, before anything is signed.
