What helps us price it accurately
Three pieces of information make up most of a quotation: the kind of place — home, holiday let, business premises, apartment building —, its rough size in number of rooms, and the starting condition. A home looked after regularly and one left to itself for six months do not call for the same work, even at identical floor area.
Frequency then weighs heavily on the hourly rate. A one-off visit includes discovery time, setting up the equipment and the initial catching up; a recurring visit, once the rhythm has settled, moves considerably faster for an equivalent result. That is why weekly upkeep always works out cheaper per hour than an isolated job.
Two or three photographs taken on a phone are worth more than a long description, especially for a sofa, a mattress or a handover clean. Send them over WhatsApp to 06 69 29 90 22: in most cases that is enough for us to reply with a firm figure, with nobody needing to travel.
For business premises and apartment buildings a visit is still preferable, and it is free. It takes about twenty minutes, involves signing nothing on the spot, and allows us to hand over a document you can compare line by line with other proposals.
