A Nancy business, deliberately kept small
No call centre, no rotating staff, no twenty-page contract: someone who answers, who comes, and who comes back.

What sets us apart comes down to three things
The first is continuity. With most providers the person changes from one week to the next, and you have to explain all over again that the bedroom parquet cannot take water or that the cat must not get out. Here, the same person comes back. She knows the home, its habits and its weak points, and that shows in the result as much as in the time it takes.
The second is being straight about scope. We do cleaning and upkeep, from private homes to business premises, and we do not pretend to do the rest. No pest control — bedbugs and cockroaches belong to licensed firms — no work at height on ropes or platforms, no house clearance with tip runs. A request outside that scope gets a clear answer and, where we can, a useful pointer.
The third is the price stated up front. The quotation is free, it triggers no follow-up calls, and it gives the estimated duration alongside the figure. If it turns out to need more time because the starting condition was worse than described, we call before carrying on: nobody discovers an overrun on the invoice.
The business is registered under the SIRET number shown in the footer and on every invoice, trades under activity code 81.21Z — general building cleaning — and works out of Nancy across the whole metropolitan area. Payment is by bank transfer, cash or CESU voucher.
