Eight cleaning trades, one person to talk to
Every service has its own gestures, tools and tempo. Open the one that concerns you: you will find how it actually unfolds, what is included, what stays outside, and the limits we own up to.

Home cleaning
Looking after your home, once or every week: floors, kitchen, bathrooms, dusting and light tidying, at whatever pace suits you.

Airbnb & short lets
Turnover between two stays: beds made crisply, linen changed, bathroom spotless and consumables restocked before the next arrival.

Offices & business premises
Practices, shops and small offices cleaned away from your customers, early in the morning or once the shutters are down.

Windows & glazing
Windows, bays, conservatories and mirrors washed on both faces, frames and runners included, down to streak-free clarity.

Ironing
Shirts, bed linen and delicate pieces pressed then folded or hung, in your home, during or outside a cleaning visit.

Sofas, mattresses & fabrics
Hot-water extraction and targeted stain work to bring life back to seats, bedding and rugs worn down by daily use.

Post-construction clean
Plaster dust, adhesive marks, paint splashes and fine rubble cleared so a newly finished home is genuinely liveable.

Stairwells & communal areas
Entrance halls, landings, stairwells and bin rooms in Nancy buildings, kept up by regular rounds for owners and landlords.
From your call to the first visit
Four steps, no pointless paperwork and no sales visit in disguise.
- 01
You describe
By phone, WhatsApp or the form: the kind of place, its rough size and what you expect. A few photographs will often do.
- 02
We price it
You receive a clear figure and the time it should take on site. If the place deserves a look, we come by, and that commits you to nothing.
- 03
We come in
On the agreed date, with tools and products. Nothing to pull out of your cupboards, nothing to prepare.
- 04
You check
A walk round together, or photographs if you are away. We come back over any point that falls short of what was agreed.

The care of a household, not the pace of a factory
A cleaning job is judged on what you do not see at first glance: under the furniture, behind the taps, the skirting boards, the light switches, the shower seals. That is where we spend the time others save, because it is exactly what separates a home that is tidy from a home that is clean.
We bring our own equipment and choose products surface by surface: what suits a laminate worktop has no business on oiled parquet or on a mirror. Microfibre cloths are kept apart by zone so that soil is never carried from one room to the next, particularly between the kitchen and the bathroom.
Once a visit becomes regular, the same person comes back. In time she knows your home better than you do: where the dust gathers fastest, which window sticks, which cupboard should stay shut. That continuity is worth more than any written procedure, and it is also what makes handing over a set of keys a reasonable thing to do.
Finally, we would rather state our limits than promise everything. Pest control, and in particular the treatment of bedbugs and cockroaches, belongs to licensed specialist firms. We do not carry it out, and we say so from the first conversation.

What people ask before booking
Do I need to be there while you work?
No. Many of our clients leave us a set of keys or an entry code and discover the result when they get home. For a first visit your presence at the start is useful: ten minutes are enough to walk round and point out what matters to you. After that, organise it however you like.
Do I have to provide the vacuum and the products?
We arrive equipped: vacuum cleaner, steam mop, microfibre cloths and products suited to each type of surface are covered by the price. If you would rather we used your own products — an allergy, fragile parquet, personal preference — just say so, and we adapt at no extra cost.
Can I book you only once?
Yes, and it happens often: a deep clean before the family arrives, putting a place back in order after a move, catching up after a busy stretch. There is no subscription and no minimum term. If you later feel like settling into a rhythm, we talk about it then.
Do you treat bedbugs or cockroaches?
No, and that is deliberate. Pest control requires a licence, regulated products and a follow-up protocol that are not part of our trade. We will point you towards a specialist firm. Once the treatment is done, however, we are happy to handle putting the home back in order.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer, cash and CESU vouchers. An invoice is issued for every visit, itemising hours and work carried out, which leaves you a clear record for your own accounts or for your building's management.
How quickly can you come?
We answer enquiries the same day, weekends included, between 9am and 5pm. Depending on the week's schedule, a first visit can usually be fitted in within two or three days. For something urgent — an imminent inventory, guests arriving — phone rather than write: it is faster.

Tell us about the place and what you need: you will know the price before anyone has stepped through your door.
Get in touch
A question, a date to lock in, a figure to obtain: the telephone is still the simplest route. The form works just as well if you prefer to write.
